You are able to transfer the ticket to someone else. You can also donate it back, or receive a refund, by emailing fearlesswomenireland@gmail.com with all your details.

You need to bring your confirmation email with check-in code on your phone or in printout to register when you arrive at the conference.

Q. Is there food on-site?
There will be a variety of food options available to purchase on-site. There’s the Helix Café, and just minutes walk away in the Londis shop are Fired Pizza, open 10am-10pm and the Bia Blas deli open 8am-6pm. Seating can be found in the U building connected to the shop, and outside there are picnic tables on the concourse.

For the good of the environment, we suggest you bring your own water bottles. There are water stations around the campus for you to refill your water bottles.

Q. Is there accomodation on-site or nearby?
All good hotels and B&B’s are available, but get booking as soon as possible. For rooms on Glasnevin campus, try www.dcurooms.com. Otherwise, check out www.booking.com and www.airbnb.ie

Q. Can I bring my infant?
A space will be available on-site for mothers of young babies.

Q. What age is Fearless for?
This conference is for all ages, from teenager to grandma. Unfortunately we do not provide childcare, so younger children are not catered for.

Q. Is there parking?
Parking is just €4 per day in the DCU carpark beside the Helix, once you get your ticket at the Helix Café. On entering, take a ticket, and then go the Café to exchange it for a carpark pass. Please visit the Helix website for more information on parking and public transport.

Q. Is there wheelchair access or elderly assistance?
The Helix offers easy access throughout the building and adapted toilets are available on each level of the building. Wheelchair spaces are available within the Theatre. For participants who have hearing impairments we offer an infra-red loop system and receivers can be booked in advance through the box office or requested at the time of performance subject to availability. A deposit is required.

If you require wheelchair or disabled access, or are elderly, please email fearlesswomenireland@gmail.com when you book to make arrangements. We would love to help in any practical way we can so that you can enjoy the conference.
